Click Settings -> Appointment Templates -> [Select Appointment] -> Advanced tab -> and scroll down to Security. You need to select My Details from the drop-down menu and then choose between the Email or SMS options below that.
Sending the code via SMS offers increased security because access to both the email address and the mobile number is required to retrieve the appointment data. Please make sure that you have enough SMS messages so that they can be sent. You can purchase various SMS packages in the Store for this purpose.
