You can send your customers a link in the booking confirmation where they can access the appointment details and cancel or reschedule the appointment. Anyone who has access to this link can then view the appointment details. The customer does not need to log in for this. This means your customers don't have to register with bookingtime in order to book appointments with you. To still protect appointment data, you can activate two-factor authentication. In order to then access the link, an additional code must be entered, which will be sent to the customer in another email or SMS.
