What is the difference between a simple and a complex appointment template?

With a simple appointment template, you can include various resources such as employees, rooms, etc within the booking process. Exactly one resource from each group is then booked for the appointment. Here you can decide whether the employee resource can be selected by the customer or not.

With a complex appointment template, you can define how many resources are needed for each resource group. You define this using so-called booking steps. For each resource group, you can also specify whether the customer can select it themselves or not. You can use this type of appointment template, for example: where you would like to specify that out of three employees who offer a service, you always need two for an appointment at the same time. These employees should be selectable by the customer. At the same time, you always need a room for such an appointment. This in turn should not be able to be chosen by the customer themselves.
