There are two possible causes:
1. Appointment template setting
Please first check the appointment template itself:
Go to Settings → Appointment Templates, select the relevant template, and open the "Advanced" tab.
In the "Bookable by" section, ensure that the "Bookable by employees and customers" option is selected.
2. Activation in the Booking Process
The appointment template may not yet be activated in the booking process.
To activate it, navigate to:
Store → Modules → Booking Module.
Under "Installations," select the relevant booking module and open the settings via the three-dot menu.
A window with three tabs will open on the right: General, Appointment Templates, and Questions.
Click on "Appointment Templates" and check whether the relevant appointment template is activated in the list.
