The time grid (Settings -> General Settings -> Time Grid) defines the interval at which appointments are offered to your customers. For example, you can choose whether you want to offer appointments every 15, 30 minutes or hourly. These settings can also be customized for each appointment template if you want to offer certain appointments at different intervals to the others.
This setting can help you distribute your resources more efficiently. Here is an example: A company only offers one-hour services but has chosen a time grid of 15 minutes. Now a customer books an appointment at 10:15 a.m. (until 11:15 a.m.) and the next customer books an appointment at 11:30 a.m. And the company is left with a gap of 15 minutes that cannot be filled. In this case, a one-hour time grid would make sense. This way, gaps can be avoided. If, for example, this company also offers services that only last 15 minutes, a customer could book the gap between 11.15 and 11.30 and thus the individual time slots would be optimally used.
The time grid of each appointment template can also be customized (Settings → Appointment Templates → Select Template → "Time Grid" tab).
You can either select an alternative time grid from the drop-down menu or specify the times manually.
If you select the "Enter times individually" option, a weekly overview will appear. There you can specify the start times for each day. Click + Add new start time: This allows you to schedule appointments only on specific days at fixed times (e.g., every 1.5 hours) – for example, 9:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m., etc.
You can then transfer the created time slots or copy this availability to the following weeks to permanently apply your settings.
Here is a visual guide that shows this process step by step.
