When an employee is invited and doesn't yet have a user account, no new invitation email is sent.
Instead, the registration process starts automatically, and the employee receives an email with the subject "Complete Registration."
Once registration is complete, all pending invitations are automatically accepted, and the employee gains access to the organization.
If the employee wishes to restart the process, they can do so by resetting the password using their email address:
If registration is already complete, they will receive a standard "Forgot Password" email.
If registration is not yet complete, they will receive the registration email again.
The registration or password email will take them directly to their user account and then automatically to the organization.
