You can set the availability of each employee individually to ensure that appointments are only booked during the times they have set. Follow these simple steps to configure an employee's availability.
Step 1: Access the Employee Overview
- Log in.
- Click on the "Employees" menu item in the dashboard.
- Go to the "Employee Overview" and select the name of the employee from the list whose availability you wish to edit.
Step 2: Edit Employee Availability
After selecting the employee, click on the "Availability" tab.
There are two options to choose from:

Inherit Availability: If the employee wants to inherit their availability from the organization or general opening times, you can select the "Inherit Availability" option. This will use the same availability as set in the organization settings.

Set Individual Availability: If the employee should have different availability from the standard opening hours or organization settings, select "Enter Times Individually." Here, you can then set the desired working hours and breaks specifically for this employee.
Step 3: Transfer and Save
Once you have selected the desired option (Inherit or Custom), you can transfer these settings to the following weeks, months, or years. This saves time when setting up long-term availability. Adjust the duration depending on how far into the future you want to set the employee’s availability.
After selecting and adjusting the settings, save your changes. Check if everything is correctly set up by performing a test booking or reviewing the employee's availability in the system. This ensures that the availability is displayed as desired.
