Newly added employees or resources are not activated in the appointment templates by default – because not every employee provides all services. In addition, employees can be marked as “bookable” or “not bookable” and their availability can be defined separately.
Note:
Make sure the availability of the employee is set (e.g. under Employee → Availability or My availability). Appointments can only be booked during these times.
How to make an employee bookable
Go to Settings → Appointment templates.
Select the desired appointment template from the list.
Navigate to the bookable resources section
Activate the employee (use the switch).
Repeat for other templates if needed.
