First check whether the appointment template is active and whether the corresponding employees or resources are available. Navigate to the Store in the menu on the left. Select modules and click on the corresponding booking page. An overview of all relevant information about this module opens on the right side. To get to the settings, click on the 3-dot menu under Installations next to the booking module and then click Settings. Another window will appear on the far right of your screen with additional options. Under the Appointment Templates tab, you can select or remove specific appointment templates as needed.
