If you need specific information from your customers, you can add additional questions during the booking process. Navigate to the settings of the corresponding booking module as described under “Activate a new appointment template in the booking module / remove an appointment template from the module” and select the last tab 'Questions' in the settings menu. There you can define further questions that will then be asked to the customer during the booking process.
