Note on the cancellation process:
Please note that the cancellation process for Enterprise customers differs from the process for the Business tariff described in our FAQs. Please contact your internal contact person in your company about the termination.

To cancel your contract account, please follow these steps:

Navigate to the Contract Account:
- You can find your contract account either on the homepage after logging in or under the option “Store.”

Cancellation of the Account:
- In the contract account, you have the option to cancel your account.
- This option can be found under the menu item “Account Details.”

Requirements for Cancellation:
- Please note that you can only cancel your account if your balance is not in the negative.
- Additionally, make sure that there are no outstanding payments. (Payment will be processed within three weeks after the balance is topped up.)
- If these requirements are met, you can cancel your contract account with immediate effect.

Consequences of Cancellation:
- After cancellation, all organizations associated with your account, including employee accesses, etc., will be permanently deleted.
- From the moment of cancellation, you will no longer have access to invoices, contracts, etc., associated with your contract account. If you need these, please download the files before cancellation.
