Hello armand88, thank you for your question. There are various ways to do this. The long-term solution is to adapt the Time Grid of each of your appointment templates accordingly. Go to Settings → Appointment templates → select a template → and click on the tab Time Grid. You will have to define each starting point of an appointment for each day (see screenshot example below). These settings can be carried or copied over for the following weeks until the end of the year or later. Remember to Save your changes.
Ensure that your availability as an employee corresponds with the times defined.
Alternatively, and if it is only for a short period of time, you could use the exceptions for "availability" or “no availability” for specific appointment templates in the Employee App.

What if I create a fictional employee under a different email address and only define the availability outside of my usual working hours for him. would it work? And is there a way to only book those appointment myself? In other words, not allow just anyone to book them from my website?

Michaelson685 Thank you for your questions. Creating an additional employee or resource could definitely work and you could only assign this employee to a specific appointment template e.g. After Hours Consultation. Create this template under Settings → Appointment Templates → +Appointment Template. Once you have defined the duration and assigned the fictional employee, you can go to the Advanced tab under the heading Bookable by and choose “Bookable by employees only” and save your changes. The appointment template will not appear in the booking module and you can book appointments directly in the portal via the Calendar App or the Customer App. Happy bookings!

Would it work to make the employee available 24/7 and then set the availability of every appointment template to the times that they should be available or would that affect the business hours?

AlbertCPT , Thank you for your question.
Theoretically, this approach would work; however, it could be quite time-consuming to implement. You would need to define the TimeGrid for each individual appointment template, which becomes increasingly complex if you have many different templates.
