Customised Link
Can I create a customised booking link with only one employee for online appointments only?

Hello barclay-rr and thanks for your question. You can create as many appointment templates and links as you like. In your case you could create an appointment template (Settings → Appointment Templates) called Online Appointment and assign or allocate one specific employee for that appointment type. Then you can go to the Store → Modules → Booking Module → click the +Add Installation button to create the new link. Once you have added an internal comment and installed the module a side panel will open where you can select the tab Appointment Templates. You can then deselect the option to “include all appointment templates” and only select the “Online Appointment” you created. Hope this helps and thanks for your interest in our system!

here is another helpful article I found all about how to integrate your links into your website: https://support.bookingtime.com/hc/en-us/articles/18426744915484-The-booking-module

The link is so long and untidy. Is there a way to change the appearance of the link in the email that I send to my clients?

There are many ways to display your link in your emails.
How to Add a Link to Your Booking Module in an Email (Simple Instructions)1. Using Text (like “Book Now”):
- Write the text you want (e.g., Book an Appointment).
- Highlight that text with your mouse.
- Click the link or chain icon in your email editor (usually near the top).
- Paste your booking link into the box that appears.
- Click OK or Insert — now the text is clickable!
2. Using a Button (if your email editor supports it):
- Look for an option to insert a button (some email tools like Mailchimp, Gmail Add-ons, Outlook templates, etc., allow this).
- Label the button (e.g., Book Now).
- Paste your booking link into the button’s link field.
- Save or insert it into the email.
