Why is my booking link not working?
When my clients try to book an appointment on my website, the link doesn't work.

Hi there, thank you for your message. We would love to assist in finding the issue, but we would need some more information about the problem. Do you get an error message? Is the module opening at all and do you see appointment types at all, but just no availability? Are you certain you are using the correct link? If there is no setting problem and the module is not opening at all, this often could be a cookie/ cache issue. Before logging an error via our helpdesk, we suggest checking all settings (that appointment templates are active, that employees are active/bookable (no invitations pending) that their availability is set up and lead times are correct. I have checked my availability and all my settings and i still get a error message “Something went wrong”. Then I try the website on my mobile and it works. Is it your software not compatible with my browser?

That's very possibly a cookie/cache problem. Delete all cookies and close the browser and try again./
