    vandermerwe23 thank you for your question. Yes, as a long-term solution, you can define the availability of specific appointment templates by editing the time grid of those templates ("Settings" → “Appointment Templates” → select the template → go to the tab “Time Grid”). You can then edit the current week according to your specifications and carry over to the following weeks for as long as you wish. 

    There is also the option of adding exceptions for specific templates for a specific time period. This is done under the option “Employees” → “Employee Overview” → select the employee → and go to the tab “Exceptions”.

    I have started using the system for my part time handyman job and it has proven quite effective. I don't need to worry about back and forth arrangements with my customers and I find managing my appointments so much easier now. I like this option too…I didn't know I could set up different availability for different days. Really useful! Thanks for your excellent software.
