Does the System Automatically Repeat My Weekly Availability?
If I set my availability for one week, will it automatically apply the same schedule to future weeks, or do I need to enter it manually for each one?

Yes it does, angiepangy . I added my employee and under availability I put “as per Opening hours” and i don't have to change it again.

i see you can actually also enter times individually and there you will have to copy it over to the rest of the year.

Yes barbara981 you do have the option either to inherit settings (in this case availability) or define them yourself. More information on this topic is also available in our FAQs: Mitarbeiter – Help Center.

There should be an option to make the availability different for alternating weeks. I work mornings in the one week and the next I do afternoons. I can't find this option anywhere, so I put myself in twice as an employee- lieterally split myself in two ;-)

You can carry your availability over to the end of 2026.

@Maziar999999 I have a workaround. If you don't want to create two different employees, you could carry over the same availability for the year and only edit the alternating weeks. This will still take some time, but will halve the effort to 26 weeks instead of 52 and then you could already block your leave days and days off in advance as you go along.
